Statement of Purpose
The purpose of the Women of Virtue Empowerment Network is to provide a support center for women. These services are to be available to all women, regardless of race, religion, or income. Our goal is to empower women to be the very best they can be. We plan on facilitating small group sessions pertaining to all aspects of a woman’s life. Some examples of small group sessions are parenting, anger management and conflict resolution, health & nutrition, menopause, grief, depression, and marriage. In addition to these small group sessions, we want to create a safe and confidential environment for women to come together for private discussions and support. We also hope to provide resources to assist women with things such as filling out legal paperwork, applying to college, creating resumes and applying for jobs, finding support for special needs children, just to name a few. Women of Virtue Empowerment Network is totally committed to helping every woman achieve to her highest potential.
The mission of the WOVEN House transition home is to provide structured transitional housing and faith-based services to married, separated, or single females, including pregnant females, with or without dependent children, who find themselves in need of temporary housing; and provide a stable, Christ-centered environment to break the cycle of relapse from recovery, and/or domestic violence by empowering women to become independent and productive for themselves, their family, and their community.
The mission of the WOVEN Christian Living House is to provide a safe, secure environment for single women who are living a Godly life, but are in need of assistance in securing and maintaining a stable living situation. We will provide a Christ-focused home with opportunities for Bible study and spiritual growth and accountability, while allowing the independence to work and the freedom to make life choices.
